Josh started in real estate after working as a Defense Contractor for 15 years. The experience he gained early in his career has helped him hone keen negotiating skills. Josh also has project planning experience, which are hugely beneficial when walking his clients through the home selling/purchasing process. Count on Josh to help you every step of the way, and to make sure you end up with the best deal possible!
In his downtime, Josh enjoys spending time with his son Jacob and his wife Michele. Josh is a huge Ravens and Orioles fan! Josh also enjoys spending time at his family cabin. Josh also invest in real estate, so make sure to ask him about his latest real estate project!

Michele is a 2004 Graduate of Penn State University. Michele graduated with degrees in Political Science and Psychology. After graduation, Michele helped to launch the legal department of ARM, Inc. where she personally hired over 100 attorneys and created the systems for her department to run smoothly.
Michele is now the Regional MCA for the Greater PA Region of Keller Williams (which covers New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania). Michele is responsible for planning and executing the training program for over 4000 associates!
Michele is also the co-founder of McBride Home Sales and oversees the Marketing staff. Her oversight helps to make sure that all of our client's marketing materials are top notch and second to none.
